                                                                          Special Meeting

The Poland Township Board of Trustees held their special meeting September 24, 2018 at the Poland Township Government Center located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland Ohio.

Mr. Diorio led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Mr. Scharville calls roll call. Ungaro, Wollet and Kempers were present.

 The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the resolution.

Mr. Scharville states that the meeting was properly advertised in the Vindicator.

                                                                                                      Resolution 18-20

Ungaro motions to approve Resolution 18-20 as Mr. Scharville puts forth Resolution 18-20 a resolution accepting amounts and rates determined by budget commission and authorizing necessary tax levies and certifying them to the county auditors by the Board of Township trustees. Seconded by Wollet.  Voting yes- Ungaro, Wollet and Kempers. Motion carried.

Ungaro motions to approve Butch and McCree for 2018 base bid of the resurfacing project. Second by Wollet. Voting yes- Ungaro, Wollet and Kempers. Motion carried.

Ungaro motions to approve alternate bid for Katahdin Drive – no second on the motion. Motion does not pass due to lack of second.

Ungaro motions to adjourn special meeting at 6:36 p.m. Seconded by Wollet. Voting yes- Ungaro, Wollet and Kempers. Motion Carried.
