SEPTEMBER 12, 2017                                                                                                                                                                 SPECIAL MEETING                                                                                                                                                                                                                

The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a Special Meeting Tuesday September 12, 2017 @ 6:02 p.m. at the Poland Township Government Center located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland Ohio.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

Chairman Lidle takes roll call Mr. Ungaro - present, Ms. Wollet –present, Mr. Lidle – present.                                                                                                                                                   

Chairman Lidle calls Gina of the prosecutor’s office to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance.                                                                                                                                                    

Chairman Lidle states this Meeting was properly advertised, this is a Special Meeting dealing with personnel and possible discipline of one or more personnel of Poland Township.                                                                                                                                                                          

Chairman Lidle motions to move to Executive Session. Seconded by Ms. Wollet. Voting Yes - Mr. Ungaro, Ms. Wollet and Mr. Lidle. All in favor.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

Mr. Lidle motions to come out of Executive Session at 8:10 pm. Seconded by Ms. Wollet. Motion on the floor, all in favor – Mr. Ungaro, Ms. Wollet and Mr. Lidle - Yes.                                                                                                                                                                                         

Chairman Lidle motions to adjourn the Special meeting at 8:11 pm. Seconded by Ms. Wollet, all in favor Ms. Wollet, Mr. Ungaro and Mr. Lidle – Yes.
