JUNE 5, 2017 SPECIAL MEETING PUBLIC HEARING
Mared Lane Lighting District
Chairman Robert Lidle calls to order the Lighting District Meeting this 5th day of June at 5:50 p.m.
Ms. Burns leads in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Scharville calls roll call- Chairman Lidle, Vice Chairman Joanne Wollet and Trustee Eric Ungaro are all present.
Scharville states the purpose of the Lighting District Meeting is to discuss Resolution #17-11 Lighting District for Mared Lane. Chairman Lidle explains how the hearing procedure by law will work to those who are in favor and those who are against.
Chairman Lidle calls on all those who are in favor of the Mared Lane Lighting District please come forward and be heard. Robert Dutton of 5476 Mared Lane, comes forward who is in favor of the Mared Lane Lighting District.
Chairman Lidle calls on the second time, all those who are in favor of the Mared Lane Lighting District to come forward, Scharville voices out for William J. Miner and his wife who called in and also signed the petition are in favor of.
Chairman Lidle calls the third and final time anyone in favor please come forward, Sandy Filisky of 5498 Mared Lane, Corey Yon of 5488 Mared Lane also in favor.
Chairman Lidle moves to call to those in opposition of the Lighting District of Mared Lane to please come forward and be heard…. Lidle calls for the second time to all those in opposition of the Lighting District of Mared Lane come forward…….. for the third and final time all those in opposition to please come forward……nobody in opposition.
Chairman Lidle makes a motion to adopt Resolution #17-11 the Lighting District of Mared Lane, seconded by Wollet. Voting yes- Lidle, Wollet and Ungaro.
Chairman Lidle moves to adjourn the Lighting District meeting, seconded by Wollet- all in favor.
