FEBRUARY 24, 2012 SPECIAL MEETING
The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Friday,
February 24, 2012 at the Poland Township Government Center located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.
The purpose of the meeting was to pass Resolution #12-07 in support of the Safe Routes to School Program. The news media had been properly notified.
Chairman Naples called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. Larry Dinopoulos led everyone present in the pledge of allegiance. Roll call was taken and present were Naples, Lidle and Ungaro.
Vice-Chairman Lidle moved to adopt Resolution #12-07 (copy on file): A resolution authorizing the submission of a funding application under the Safe Routes to School (SRTS) program. Ungaro seconded the Resolution and the Roll was called. Upon its adoption, the vote resulted as follows: Lidle, yea; Ungaro, yea; Naples, yea.
Naples moved to adjourn at 4:02 p.m., seconded by Lidle. Voting yes – Naples, Lidle, Ungaro…motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
