FEBRUARY 11, 2020

                                                                                                  SPECIAL MEETING

The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at the Township Administration building located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.  The purpose of this meeting was to go into executive session with representatives from the county prosecutor to discuss personnel and contracts.  The meeting was properly advertised.

Chairman Eric Ungaro called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Trustee Ed Kempers led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll call was taken all present were:  Trustees Ungaro, Wollet, and Kempers.

Chairman Ungaro moved to go into executive session at 5:02 p.m.  Seconded by Trustee Kempers.  Voting yes – Ungaro, Kempers, and Wollet… motion carried.

Chairman Ungaro moved to exit executive session at 6:15 p.m.  Seconded by Vice-Chair Wollet.  Voting yes – Ungaro, Wollet, and Kempers… motion carried.

Chairman Ungaro motions to adjourn special meeting at 6:16 p.m. Seconded by Wollet. Roll call vote yes- Ungaro, Wollet and Kempers.

Meeting adjourned.
